Has lectured at the University
of Innsbruck since 1984
(Institute of Teacher Training and
School Research) and works as psychotherapist, psychologist, supervisor,
coach and freelance trainer in adult education and school development in
Austria and abroad. Graduated with a doctorate in Psychology, Education and
Philosophy; further trained as clinical psychologist and health psychologist,
also several years’ training as psychotherapist, leading to graduation in
»Client-centred Therapy« (at the Austrian Society for Academic, Client-centred
Psychotherapy), »Integrative Gestalt (Awareness) Therapy« (with the Austrian
Working Group for Group Therapy and Group Dynamics) and »Integrative Body and
Movement Therapy« (at the Fritz Perl Institute in Germany). Has undertaken
many further courses in the field of Psychology and Pedagogics. Has been
director of training courses and committee member of the »AGB Training
Institute for Group and Education« for twenty years. Has published on the
topics of teaching and school development, teaching methods and many more.
