The Leadership Academy is a nationwide project in Austria open to all types of
educational institution. It aims to improve the qualifications of those
working at an executive level in schools (head teachers and upper management
in school administration). An initiative of the Federal Ministry for Education,
Arts and Culture, the Leadership Academy facilitates the
professionalisation of school management. It offers motivational lectures,
innovative practical projects and interactive project development through
collegial team coaching, as well as net-working opportunities from smaller
groups right up to the interregional level.
