the course segment I »Stimulation, Counselling and Therapy for Children and
Young People with Disabilities«. Studied Educational Special Needs and
Psychology, trained as a clinical psychologist, supervisor and systemic
counsellor. Has worked on projects and concepts for the
Hamburg Institute for Organisational
Development and System Consulting. Advisor and co-organiser of
professional networks in Europe. Co-editor of journals and a handbook on
school development. Focal points of work and research include leadership,
organisational development, conflict management, monitoring of pedagogical
innovations, evaluation of new plans of action, development and implementation
of integrative concepts. Has published on the topics of team development,
organisational development, evaluation, leadership, organisational culture,
integration and methods of academic monitoring and supervision.
