Works in General Directorate III »Personnel and School Management, Legal
Affairs« of the Austrian Federal Ministry of
Education, Arts and Culture. Maria Gruber-Redl studied Law at the
University of Vienna. Having completed a years‘ work experience in
court, she worked as a trainee lawyer. In October 2001 she joined the School
Law Department at the Austrian Federal Ministry of Education, Arts and
Culture. She was responsible there for legal affairs across the whole spectrum
of the school system. She graduated from the Leadership Academy as one of the
first generation and is now legal advisor and assistant of the
Ministry‘s Director General, responsible for the overall organisational
and logistical coordination of the Leadership Academy.
